This job involves designing of software solutions as part of a software product development process. This job has significant technical content and apart from providing design solutions the candidate is also required to be hands-on in terms of writing C++ code.
The person should have 5 to 8 years experience in development and support of application software in C/C++ on Windows or Unix platforms. Should be able to debug and diagnose customer problems and be able to provide mentoring junior engineers. Should be well versed with gdb, dbx, Purify. Experience on backup and storage software will be an advantage. Should be able to handle high pressure environment of cus! tomer escalations and provide timely resolutions to the escalations.

I have done 2 projects on Windows Device Driver, one of them was guided by Mr. Prashant Dhumdhere ( earlier was an employee of Veritas ) and from institute Concepts, also I have done a project on CIFS TEE: Comparison based server testing. We also came up with a project on AI which secured a prize at Techfest IIT Powai.
