You will generate our subscription and consulting revenues through new accounts development and expansion of current client accounts.

2. Must have very good contacts in IT industry and the ability to convert contacts into real business.

3. Very Good exp working in placement US Recruitment, Consultancy / IT recruitment firm.

4. Full knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle (In-house as well as Clients)

5. Should be able to work independently.

6. Good in Client Management.

7. Very good communication skills.

 Who is having 3+ years of experience in recruitment with Excellent Communication-Skills Willing to Learn & Excel Team Players with Positive attitude. Who can handle complete recruitment cycle.

Will independently handle recruitment across verticals and levels.

Will handle recruitment for a variety of clients in IT Sector.

Will have a good understanding of different recruitment processes.

1. Extensively used Internet job boards/search engines (Dice, Net-Temps, HotJobs, Career Builder, Monster etc,)

2. Knowledge in handling (1099, Corp-Corp, W2).

3. Comfortable working in night shifts

4. Offer Negotiations & Closure

5. Should have prior Exp in handling US Recruitment.

6. Good interpersonal Skills.

1.  Virtual recruiting ability working on national searches .

3.  Willing to work as we work-the days and hours necessary to provide Qualified, screened and interested candidates quickly.

4.  Location: from your own location (remote/telecommute).

 Compensation will be commission based so your income will not have any ceiling or we can offer a percentage of each retained or exclusive assignment .
